1. What is Accessories by Lipa?
Accessories by Lipa is a small creative business based in Drogheda, Ireland, offering a mix of handmade treasures, original designs, and thoughtfully curated finds. From cosy stationery and “Blind Date with a Book” surprises to illustrated apparel, fashion accessories, and feel-good gifts — everything is chosen or created with care to bring joy, comfort, and a little magic to your everyday.
2. Where are you located?
We’re based in Drogheda, a charming town on Ireland’s east coast. While our shop is online-only, we proudly ship internationally — sharing our handmade and handpicked treasures with customers across Ireland, Europe, and beyond. Every order is packed with care and a personal touch from our little creative studio.
3. How can I place an order?
Ordering is easy! Simply browse the shop, add your favourite items to the cart, and head to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account for a quicker experience next time. We’ve made the process simple, secure, and as enjoyable as discovering something lovely.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (where available). All payments are securely processed through Shopify’s trusted checkout system, which uses industry-standard encryption to protect your personal information. You'll see all available payment options clearly during checkout.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We currently ship to Ireland, Europe, and internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your location. We're always working to expand our reach — so stay tuned for updates as we grow!
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on your location and the type of item ordered. Here’s a general guide:
- Ireland: 1-4 business days after shipping.
- Europe: 3-10 business days after shipping.
- International: 3-15 business days after shipping.
- Custom or made-to-order items, including print-on-demand apparel: Please allow an additional 2-6 business days for production before shipping.
To help keep shipping costs low, some smaller or lower-cost items may not include tracking. If you’d prefer tracked, registered, or express shipping, you can select it at checkout — any additional fees will be clearly shown.
7. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Please note that some items, such as personalized products, beauty or hygiene items, and sale items, cannot be returned (see exceptions below). If you’d like to initiate a return or exchange, just contact us, and we’ll help you through the process! Please remember that the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
