1. What is Accessories by Lipa?

Accessories by Lipa is my small handmade business in Drogheda, Ireland.
I design and craft bookish treasures like Blind Date with a Book bundles, journals, bookmarks, notepads, and cosy gifts, all made with readers in mind. Every piece is created with care, blending my love of arts, design, and storytelling into something thoughtful and personal.

2. Where are you located?

I am based in Drogheda, a charming town on Ireland’s east coast. While my shop is online-only, I also love meeting customers in person at various craft markets around Ireland.

Every order, whether placed online or purchased at a market, is packed with care and a personal touch from my little creative studio.

3. How can I place an order?

Ordering is easy! Simply browse the shop, add your favourite items to the cart, and head to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account for a quicker experience next time. I’ve made the process simple, secure, and as enjoyable as discovering something lovely.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay using all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (where available). All payments are securely processed through Shopify’s checkout, and you’ll see all available payment options clearly during checkout.

5. Do you offer international shipping?

I currently ship within Ireland only.

At this time, I don’t offer standard shipping to Europe or other international destinations. However, if you’re based in Europe and would like to place an order, please get in touch before ordering and I’ll be happy to see if I can arrange shipping for you.

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on the type of item ordered. As my Blind Date with a Book bundles are handmade and personalised to order, please allow 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch.

Ireland: Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.

Made-to-order apparel: Apparel is produced by my print partner after your order is placed and typically takes 7–10 business days to arrive.

To help keep shipping costs low, some smaller or lower-cost items may not include tracking. If you’d prefer tracked, registered, or express shipping, you can select an available option at checkout, with any additional fees clearly shown.

    7. Can I return or exchange an item?

    Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and meet our return requirements.

    Personalised and made-to-order items, including curated Blind Date with a Book bundles, personalised products, print-on-demand items, digital gift cards, and certain personal care items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or there was an error with your order.

    8. Can I buy online and collect at a craft market?

    Yes! You can place your order online and collect it at one of the craft markets I attend.

    Please contact me before ordering so I can remove the shipping cost and make sure your order is ready for collection. Upcoming market dates are advertised on the site so you can choose the one that suits you best.

    9. How can I contact customer support?

    You can reach me at accessoriesbylipa@gmail.com or through the contact form on the website. I'm available Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. GMT, and I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24–48 hours.

    Yes! I offer digital gift cards, perfect for book lovers when you’re not quite sure which title, bundle, or bookish treasure they’ll enjoy most.

    Gift cards are delivered instantly by email and can be used across the store, including Blind Date with a Book bundles, journals, bookmarks, and more. You can also send a gift card directly to the recipient by selecting the gift option on the product page.

    A new, carefully curated Blind Date with a Book bundle is delivered every month.

    Each month, I’ll personally choose a brand-new book for you based on your selected genre and any preferences you share. Your book will be beautifully wrapped with a specially created cover and accompanied by handmade bookish extras.

    Your subscription is charged automatically each month at the discounted subscription price, with postage charged separately for each delivery.

    You can manage or cancel your subscription through your customer account. I’ll also keep track of the books selected for you and do my best to make sure you don’t receive the same book twice.
