30-Day Return Policy
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items Must Be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Returned with proof of purchase

How to Start a Return
Email us at accessoriesbylipa@gmail.com before sending anything back. We'll provide return instructions and a return shipping label.
Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless:

  • The item is defective, or
  • We made a mistake with your order

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (like earrings or hair accessories)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Made-to-Order Items (e.g., print-on-demand t-shirts)

Made-to-Order Items
Print-on-demand t-shirts and other made-to-order items are created just for you. We don’t accept returns unless there’s a damage or print issue. If there’s a problem, contact us — we’ll make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right. Claims after this window may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.)

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you’re in the EU, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Items must meet our standard return conditions.
