Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • Ireland
  • Europe
  • Select international destinations

We're a growing brand, and more countries will be added soon!

Processing Time

  • Regular Items: 1–2 business days
  • Made-to-Order Items: 2–6 business days
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a notification by email.

Delivery Times

After your order has shipped:

  • Ireland: 1–4 business days
  • Europe: 3–10 business days
  • International: 5–15 business days (varies by country)

Tracking & Shipping Options

Some orders include tracking — if yours does, we’ll email you the tracking number once it's shipped.

To keep costs low, smaller items may be sent without tracking. You can choose tracked or express shipping at checkout if you prefer.

Shipping Issues

Once your order has been dispatched, it’s in the care of the delivery service. We’re not responsible for delays, losses, or damages during shipping — but we’re always happy to help where we can!

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, email us at accessoriesbylipa@gmail.com, and we’ll do our very best to assist.

Customs & Import Fees

  • EU customers: Usually no additional charges.
  • Outside the EU: Your country may charge import duties or taxes — these are not included in our prices.

If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, original shipping costs may not be refunded.


Returns

30-Day Return Policy

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items Must Be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Returned with proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email us at accessoriesbylipa@gmail.com before sending anything back. We'll provide return instructions and a return shipping label.

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless:

  • The item is defective, or
  • We made a mistake with your order

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (like earrings or hair accessories)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Made-to-Order Items

These are created just for you, so we don’t accept returns unless there’s a damage or print error. If there’s a problem, contact us — we’ll make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Your bank or card provider may take extra time to process it.)

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you’re in the EU, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Standard return conditions still apply.
