Hi there! I'm Lipa, and I'm so happy you're here.

After more than 20 years working in retail management, life took an unexpected turn when I was made redundant. What felt like the end of one chapter turned out to be the beginning of another.

I've always been a creative person, but it was during that time that I realised my true passion wasn't fashion accessories, it was books. As a lifelong reader, I've always loved the feeling of discovering a story that completely sweeps you away, and I wanted to create something that would bring that same excitement to other book lovers.

That's how my small business was born.

What started with the idea of creating unique Blind Date With a Book bundles has grown into a collection of handmade bookish treasures designed to make reading feel even more magical. Every bundle, bookmark and gift is carefully designed and handmade by me, with attention to the little details that make opening a package feel special.

As a proud mother, my family means everything to me. Their support, encouragement, and belief in me gave me the confidence to turn a difficult moment into something meaningful. They continue to inspire me every day to keep creating and growing.

Based in the beautiful Irish countryside, surrounded by my many cats and one very spoiled guinea pig, I spend my days crafting, reading, creating, and dreaming up new ways to bring a little joy to fellow readers.
