1. What is the Accessories by Lipa Gift Card?

The Accessories by Lipa – Gift Card is a digital gift card that lets your loved one choose something special from our collection.

It’s the perfect gift for book lovers who enjoy discovering new stories, creating a cosy reading space, or adding something unique to their bookish collection.

Gift cards can be used across our entire store, including Blind Date with a Book bundles, bookish bundles, handmade bookmarks, journals, notepads, and other unique finds.

2. Can I send a gift card directly to someone else?

Yes! When purchasing a gift card, simply select the option to send it as a gift and enter the recipient’s details.

The gift card will be delivered digitally by email, making it a lovely last-minute gift option for any book lover.

Please double-check the recipient’s email address before completing your purchase, as gift cards are sent automatically to the email address provided.

3. How will the gift card be delivered?

Gift cards are delivered instantly by email. No physical gift card will be shipped.

If you cannot find your gift card email, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still need help, please contact me and I’ll be happy to assist.

4. Where can I use my gift card?

Gift cards can be used on any product available in the Accessories by Lipa online store.

They can be used towards:

  • Blind Date with a Book bundles
  • Bookish Bundles
  • Handmade bookmarks
  • Journals and notepads
  • Other bookish gifts and accessories

Gift cards can only be redeemed through the Accessories by Lipa online store and cannot be used at craft markets or through third-party platforms.

5. Do gift cards expire?

No. Accessories by Lipa gift cards do not expire.

Any remaining balance will stay available on the gift card and can be used towards future purchases.

6. Can I use a gift card more than once?

Yes. If your purchase total is less than the value of your gift card, the remaining balance will stay available for your next order.

7. Can I use more than one gift card on an order?

Yes, multiple gift cards may be used towards the same purchase where available.

8. Can I use a discount code when paying with a gift card?

Discount codes cannot be guaranteed to work alongside gift cards. Any available discounts will be applied according to the terms and conditions of the offer.

9. Can I buy a gift card using another gift card?

No. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

10. Can gift cards be exchanged for cash or refunded?

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Once a digital gift card has been delivered, it cannot be cancelled or refunded except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

11. What happens if I enter the wrong email address?

Please contact me as soon as possible if you notice an incorrect email address has been entered.

If the gift card has not been redeemed, I may be able to help update the details or resend the gift card.

Please note that Accessories by Lipa cannot be responsible for gift cards that have been successfully delivered to an incorrect email address provided by the purchaser or used by someone else after delivery.

12. What if I believe a gift card has been used without permission?

Please contact me as soon as possible with your order details.

Accessories by Lipa reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud, misuse, tampering, or unauthorised use of gift cards. Gift cards may be cancelled or restricted where fraudulent activity is suspected.

Please keep your gift card code safe, as anyone with access to the code may be able to use it.
